They are procedures that use pure or full endoscopic percutaneous surgical techniques assisted by Radiofrequency or Laser. Their objective is to preserve the function of the spine avoiding  fusion, using anatomical repairs of the spine as an approach, which avoids the need to resect muscle and bone to access the pathology. Its indication depends on individual factors of each patient and is mainly focused on pain control.

Excellent therapeutic option for the treatment of lumbar or sciatic pain secondary to degenerative disc disease, herniated discs and / or degenerative facetary disease.

Percutaneous procedures are ambulatory and performed with local anesthesia and sedation. The surgical wound is not greater than 1 cm and the approach is performed with sequential dilation of the tissues. They are indicated mainly for patients with degenerative disease of the spine.
